Our spine has 33 vertebrae: 7 cervical, 12 thoracic, 5 lumbar, 5 fused sacral, and 4 fused coccygeal. There are 31 pairs of spinal nerves. One detail affects the numbering: cervical nerves exit above the vertebra with the same number, so there are 8 cervical nerves but only 7 cervical vertebrae. From T1 down, each nerve exits below its vertebra.
Cervical (neck)
C1: Small muscles at the base of the skull; head nodding and rotation.
C2: Neck muscles; sensation at the back of the head and scalp.
C3: Neck muscles and side of the neck; helps power the diaphragm.
C4: Diaphragm (main breathing muscle, with C3 to C5); sensation on top of the shoulders.
C5: Deltoid and biceps (raising the arm, bending the elbow); outer upper arm.
C6: Wrist extension and biceps; sensation in the thumb side of the forearm and the thumb.
C7: Triceps (straightening the elbow), wrist flexion, finger extension; middle finger.
C8 (exits between C7 and T1): Finger flexors and grip; ring and little fingers.
Thoracic (mid-back)
T1: Small hand muscles (spreading the fingers); inner forearm; sympathetic nerves to the eye and face.
T2 - 4: Chest wall and rib muscles; sympathetic nerves to the heart and lungs. T4 supplies the nipple-line skin.
T5 - 9: Intercostal (rib) muscles and upper abdominal wall; sympathetic supply to the stomach, liver, gallbladder, pancreas and spleen.
T10 to 11: Lower abdominal muscles and the skin at the navel (T10); sympathetic supply to the kidneys and intestines.
T12: Lower abdominal wall and skin just above the groin; sympathetic supply to the lower gut and kidneys.
Lumbar (lower back)
L1: Hip flexion; groin sensation; sympathetic supply to the bladder and reproductive organs (L1 & 2).
L2: Hip flexion and pulling the thighs together; front of the upper thigh.
L3: Quadriceps (straightening the knee); inner thigh and knee.
L4: Knee extension and lifting the foot at the ankle; inner shin; knee-jerk reflex.
L5: Lifting the big toe, hip abduction; top of the foot and outer shin.
Sacral (fused, pelvis)
S1: Calf muscles (pointing the foot, standing on tiptoe); outer foot and sole; Achilles reflex.
S2: Hamstrings and calf; back of the thigh; parasympathetic control of the bladder, bowel and sexual function (S2 to 4).
S3: Buttock skin; bladder and bowel control.
S4: Pelvic floor and anal sphincter; perineum.
S5: Skin around the anus.
Coccyx (tailbone, fused) Coccygeal nerve: A small patch of skin over the tailbone.

Use the "Bulging disc bundle" to help correct the defective bulging disc, thus removing pressure from the nerve.

Included in the bundle:
One Pack Herbal Poultice
One bottle of Boron
One bottle of Muscular Oil For Pain.

Poultice Ingredients.

Instructions for applying the poultice.
When you receive your shipment, take the poultice out of the package which will be in a silver pouch. Place it directly into the freezer and use the poultice each day from the freezer.
The poultices come wrapped in cling wrap plastic. Remove the cling wrap. There will be seven strips of poultice all individually sealed. Place the poultice on a kitchen table or countertop for approximately half-hour and allow it to thaw. Cut the poultice in two equal pieces with a scissor. (The poultice cuts easier after it is thawed.) The half that is not used can go in the refrigerator.
Slide the poultice out of the cut plastic sheeting. Peel one plastic backing from the poultice. Apply a little Castor Oil to the affected area, this will enhance the absorption of the ingredients from the poultice. The poultice is then applied to the body with the peeled exposed side against the skin. Use a hernia belt to hold the poultice in place.
If the poultice is a little dry, spray some water on the poultice before laying it against the skin. Applying castor oil to the skin also helps with the absorption of the ingredients from the poultice.
Wear poultice for a minimum of 8-12 hours while sleeping. In the morning after removing the poultice, wipe the area clean with 3% hydrogen peroxide or wash with soap and water.
